Dr. Muslim Alihan was born in 1970 in Uzbekistan. He started his education at Kokand Kalinin High School in Uzbekistan in 1977. After graduating from secondary school in 1987, he was accepted by the Faculty of Medicine at Smolensk National University.

In 1994, he started to work as an emergency service doctor, then worked as an orthopedist in Russia at Belgorod Land Hospital.

After coming to Turkey, he worked as an emergency service doctor at Maltepe Hospital in Istanbul.

He has been working as a family practitioner at TMS Health Services in Antalya since 2000.
